Frequently asked questions

Answers before you pick up the phone.

The questions practice owners ask us most. Don’t see yours? We’re happy to answer it directly.

Getting started
How do we begin working with you?

It starts with a consultation. We learn about your practice, your specialty, your current billing setup, and where claims are getting stuck. From there we map a transition that doesn't disrupt your cash flow.

Do we have to switch our practice management software?

No. We work within the systems most practices already use. If you're choosing a new system, we're glad to advise — but switching is never a requirement to work with us.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on your specialty and claim volume, but our goal is always a smooth handoff with no gap in submissions. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the consultation.

How we work
What does "end-to-end" claims management include?

Submission, denials, and appeals handled as one continuous process — coding and scrubbing claims, filing them clean, following up on payer adjudication, and working denials and appeals until they're resolved.

Will we have a dedicated contact?

Yes. You work with people who know your account history — not a rotating support line that starts from zero every time you call.

What specialties do you support?

A wide range, from ambulatory surgery and diagnostic imaging to cardiology, nephrology, neurology, optometry, and more. See our Specialties page for the full list — and if you don't see yours, ask.

Compliance & security
Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Every patient record is handled under strict HIPAA compliance from the start, with industry best practices for protecting patient information — not compliance bolted on after the fact.

How is our patient data protected?

Protected health information is handled under strict confidentiality and security practices at every step of the billing process. We're glad to walk through specifics during your consultation.

Pricing
How do you charge for your services?

Pricing depends on your specialty, claim volume, and the scope of services you need. We'll give you clear, straightforward terms during the consultation — no surprises.
